The Company

gForm has been in business since 2003 and became incorporated in 2006. Our company has participated in many major projects around British Columbia ranging from Residential Custom Design to Schools and Hotels.

Currently we are working on a project in collaboration with CONCORD PACIFIC through their representatives CENTREVILLE CONSTRUCTION. This project, Concord Gardens Lot 2 which consists of 4 towers is advertised as “The largest world class community in Richmond” and we are proud to be working together with this premium development company. Our projects include both commercial and residential buildings and we have a separate division that handles General Contracting, Framing and some design.

We’ve participated in projects that range from hotels and schools to custom residential builds and major renovations.

Michael Gillanders

gForm CEO

CEO of the Company with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Born in Powell River and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Michael is a family man. Michael takes a very hands-on approach to the business and there is nothing that he will ask any of the staff to do that he cannot do himself. This means that his high standards for excellence and quality are always met. Michael is able to solve any dilemma that may arise during the course of running a project; with his creativity and ingenuity, he is solution oriented and will always find a way.

John Kestelidis

gForm COO

of the company with over 30 years experience in the construction industry. John was born in Montreal, Quebec, and raised in Vancouver, BC. In the late 1980’s, John was on the crew that built the third largest hydroelectric dam in the world: the Guri dam in Venezuela. In the 1990’s John worked at a mine in French Guiana and then travelled the world working for Commonwealth Construction for over 16 years. At the turn of this century John worked for Interfor as a superintendent, building the Fraser Mill and then operating several of their other mills. Before joining gForm Enterprises Ltd., John made a name for himself in Vancouver working on custom renovations and specializing in framing.

Laura Gillanders

gForm CFO

CFO of the company with over 23 years of accounting experience. Born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Laura entered the bookkeeping world at the age of 14, working for her father and learning all aspects of running a small business. At the age of 19 Laura truly began her accounting career as an office manager for a Vancouver company who sponsored her through much of the CGA program. Since then Laura has had several long-term relationships with fantastic Lower Mainland companies offering her skills ranging from bookkeeper to accounting controller. Laura is happy to be working as a team with her husband which allows her to spend much of her time raising their two young boys. Laura always brings loyalty, attention to detail, compassion, honesty and playfulness to her work and she looks forward to working with you.
