320 Granville Street is a 30-storey office tower in downtown Vancouver developed by Bosa Developments, featuring a three-level podium and nine levels of underground parkade. Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects with structural engineering by Glotman Simpson, the project occupies a full downtown footprint with a highly efficient structural layout.gForm delivered the formwork scope, including scheduling and co-ordinating around post-tensioned slabs while utilizing a self-climbing core system to maximize space efficiency. The tower structure was completed on a consistent 5-day cycle, with multiple 4-day cycles achieved, supporting an accelerated construction schedule.
