Michael takes a hands-on approach to leadership, remaining closely involved in operations, business development, and client relationships. Under his direction, gForm has successfully completed major projects for leading developers and general contractors across the region. His leadership continues to guide the company’s long-term vision while maintaining the standards and culture the business was built on.
Darren Barry
Darren Barry oversees the day-to-day operations of gForm, managing project execution, field operations, and performance across all active sites. Since joining the company in 2009, he has been instrumental in scaling operations and establishing the systems needed to deliver projects efficiently. With over 20 years of industry experience, Darren brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to every project. He is closely involved from pre-construction through completion, ensuring coordination between field teams, management, and clients. Darren became part of the ownership group in 2016 and continues to play a key role in driving operational performance and long-term growth.
John Kesteledis
John Kestelidis brings over 35 years of construction experience, with a career spanning infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects. His depth of knowledge and field expertise provide strong leadership across gForm’s operations. Having worked on projects ranging from massive hydroelectric developments to urban high-rise construction, John offers a broad perspective and a strong technical foundation. He is actively involved in project planning, execution strategy, and mentorship of field teams. As Vice President, John plays a key role in maintaining construction quality, guiding project delivery, and supporting the development of gForm’s workforce
