AbCellera is a specialized laboratory facility in Vancouver delivered by Bird Construction, designed by Chernoff Thompson Architects with structural engineering by RJC. The project includes approximately 60,000 square feet of lab space with an integrated parkade, supporting advanced research and production requirements.gForm completed the formwork scope, including eight freestanding concrete cores tied into a structural steel frame. The project involved a high volume of embedded items and tight tolerances, requiring precise layout, coordination, and consistent execution throughout.
