Cascade City is a multi-phase residential development in Richmond by Landa Developments and EllisDon, consisting of two 16-storey concrete towers over a five-level parkade totaling approximately 1,000,000 contact feet. Designed by Rafii Architects with structural engineering by RJC, the project required efficient execution within a dense urban environment. gForm delivered the full formwork scope, completing structural concrete for both towers and the parkade with a focus on schedule, coordination, and consistent quality.
