Concord Oasis is a landmark three-tower residential development within Concord Brentwood, one of Burnaby’s largest master-planned communities. The project features 3 concrete residential towers varying in height up to 55 storeys, constructed over a four-level podium and parkade, totaling approximately 4 million contact feet of formwork. gForm delivered the complete concrete forming scope for the podium, parkade, and tower structures, supporting an aggressive construction schedule across multiple simultaneous towers. The scale and sequencing of the project demanded precise coordination, consistent cycle performance, and the manpower capacity to execute high-volume concrete work efficiently from foundation through tower completion.
