Gilmore Place Tower 1 is a 55-storey residential high-rise in Burnaby, developed by Onni Group as part of the larger Gilmore Place master-planned community. The project includes a multi-level podium and a seven-level parkade, with approximately 40,000 square feet of podium slab, all constructed within a busy urban environment with constrained access and staging.gForm was responsible for the formwork scope surrounding Tower 1, delivering structural concrete works from the parkade through to the tower. The project required efficient cycling, precise coordination, particularly with the proximity to the adjacent skytrain station, and consistent quality control to maintain schedule and meet structural tolerances.
